Another weekend here and gone Jeff and Ruby went shopping on Saturday after Ruby dropped a fork on her toe; I know what are the odds? They spent the rest of the day just relaxing with Jeff reading and Ruby watching TV (which is horrible on the weekend). Sunday came around and they walked about three quarters of the way to Nachos new house and a nice relaxing day with family. It’s nice that they get a day like that once and awhile. The boys soccer teams both played with Nacional tying once again and Medellin losing again, I think they play each other in three weeks maybe one of them can win the game. Well since I don’t want to start the week of with a rant I think I’ll stop here and see you tomorrow CIAO.

Well it’s Saturday and as far as I’m concerned it’s just another day in the life. Hari was here yesterday but the big guy and m e were too busy playing with him to get any new pictures, next week I promise. Not much else going on they had the Chavez funeral on TV all day and not much to say about that except making a Bus driver with no college president of your country means one of two things. First he’s going to have to use the military to stay in power or second the military will side with the people in a revolution. Either way things are going to be a little unstable over there, should be an interesting year ahead. I know this is never going to happen but one day I would like to wake up and we have peace even if it’s just for a day or two. You know no mass murders running around everybody getting along OK I know but I can dream can’t I? I  think Jeff and Ruby are going to go shopping today so I’ll get a little rest I do get amazed at how much Hari loves me and Jeff he always so gentle with me and when Jeff’s around he has a big smile on his face. This is a happy kid I hope the world lets him stay that way for awhile CIAO.

Hari was here yesterday afternoon and he’ll be back today as well I have to tell you that’s one cool kid. How 21/2 year old’s do you know that can have complete conversations and you’ll know everything he’s talking about. He does have on fault he tend to be very loud and wants to brush me all the time, but these are thing s I can deal with because he’s so damn cute. He loves Jeff and nobody can understand why he’s not shy anymore he goes right up to all is cousins, aunts uncle whatever all the little girls love him too. If he has a fault it’s his reluctance to share he can be very possessive at times but eventually he comes around. The weekend is here and that’s when we don’t get to see Hari a lot but he’s in good hands with his mom and dad and other set of Grandparents. Hari is very lucky he has three grandfathers’ two grandmothers and a great grandfather all here to spoil him. If he comes early enough I’ll try to get some pictures with him and put them up later or tomorrow in the mean time I have to help the big guy with his book CIAO.

Hi today I’m going to talk about Jeff’s books; ILF that has already been published and ILF two which he’s writing now. ILF was read by one of his friend s and she loved it I on the other hand think there’s room for improvement at least in the actual structure of the book. The story wasn’t bad it had a lot of elements to it maybe too many for a first book but you it’s a learning experience for him and we’ll just have to wait and see. his second book ILF two introduces new characters and some romance Jeff is trying to keep things tied together and hopes people will give it a chance once it’s done. Unfortunately he ends up doing his own editing part of the problem living in a non English speaking country and the other problem is the gender there just aren’t that many Sci-Fi geeks out there who would be interested in doing the editing without trying to rewrite the whole book. You should look for the book in early April if all goes well. I really think he should ask me for help since one of his new characters is a Cat Person named Tac, but you guys know Jeff is middle name is stubborn. Well that’s all the nice stuff I’ve got to say about the big guy today so CIAO.

Ok I’ve been reading the news where they say the Post Office is in big trouble. Well that’s not surprising their executives have been going along thinking there’s no way the Post Office could ever face the possibility of becoming obsolete. Well they waited too long and now it looks like bye, bye Post Office. One thing that’s not going away is junk mail referred to as SPAM now that we get electronically. Jeff checked his e-mail this morning and had 140 messages in his Spam folder he always looks at the list just to make sure no real mail ended up there accidentally (It has happened) while he was doing this he got ten more. He looked at me and said can you imagine Flounder what our mail box and coffee table would look like if this was old fashioned Snail Mail. I just shook my head at the thought of all those trees being destroyed. You they give you Spam filters on your email accounts but all they really are is a folder where all the junk stuff goes and no matter what you do it keeps coming. Stuff like this Pictures of cheating wives, enlarge your penis, somebody just ran a background check on you etc etc. It’s a whole new business and instead of paper they waste band width. Ok let me know if you have a solution and what’s your most outrageous Spam mail I’m out of here CIAO.

Good morning it’s Monday and here I am again struggling to write this blog. You know most people blog to make money or to let their friends know what’s going on in their lives. You have the news blogs where the writer tries to interpret the day’s events or they take a satirical look at it to try and entertain. You have ones like Jeff’s niece Janet who write about vacations or some recipes she has just learned to cook and sometimes it’s about a book or poem she has read. Now me I’m a cat and I’m trying to keep human entertained and you know how hard that is when they can’t even keep themselves entertained. I have to ask Jeff about some of the things I write I mean I’m all of 12 inches tall and I don’t get to go out so I need input. That being said now you can see why it’s so hard for me to write this blog I mean just look at me source this is a guy the writes books about android private detectives and he better get better at soon. He doesn’t go anywhere anymore so I don’t have any new photographs to talk about family stories in other words my source is boring Jeff read Mike Taibbi and his niece they both have unique writing styles. Jeff thinks his niece should write a book or something she has a lot of talent in that regard. Both of those people don’t write every day they wait to they have something they feel is important and people will read Jeff on the other hand wants me to write everyday and that gets harder and harder so if you don’t see my blog for a couple of days don’t get alarmed I’m just recharging my creative battery. Also I might start writing some political stuff using TV news as my source, some of it will be about down here and you may or may not find it interesting. Well that’s it for now I may be back later today I may not be back for a couple of days in the mean time CIAO.

Hi it’s Saturday and it’s the weekend and I still don’t have anything of real interest that I can post so as you can tell from the photo I’m more interested in food right now. Jeff and Ruby brought home a roasted Chicken last night and I don’t know what it is but I smell that and I go absolutely crazy. I jump up on the dining room table and run around crying I just can’t help myself and of course Jeff won’t give me any. I know he does it for my own good but come on give a cat a break. There’s soccer tomorrow Medellin vs Envigado and Nacional vs Quindio as the  two game s try to get ready for their first head to head competition. Jeff has been trying to stay neutral but I think he favors Medellin because their underdogs most of the time. Well their getting ready to go shopping and I think I’ll raid the garbage can to see if there are some bones in there , don’t know what it is about chicken but it makes me crazy CIAO.
