Monday morning who cares did you see Jodie Foster is gay, who cares? They but pictures up of the 2014 Corvette Stingray, who cares? Californians are getting another night of cold, who cares? Do you see a trend here I’m a cat and Jeff is retired trying to write books and the bottom line is we don’t care. It’s cloudy and it looks like rain but we don’t care because we don’t have to be anywhere today or tomorrow for that matter. I bet your all sitting around your office’s reading this and going DAM, well guess what who cares, not us that ‘s for sure. We watched the Green Bay football game the other night and it was minus 2 degrees and we didn’t care you know why it was 72 down here and the pool was open. I guess we just felt like making every ones Monday suck just a little more today and I think we accomplished our goal CIAO.

It’s a cloudy Sunday especially if you live in Green Bay or Denver they were the losing team sin yesterdays playoffs. It’s the first cloudy morning down here in a long while and it’s still pretty warm for 10 am. Jeff and I had a great day yesterday doing absolutely nothing watching play off football eating candy potato chips and soda and if Ruby doesn’t decide to come home early because of the weather were going to do the same thing again today. The vacation time is starting to come to an end down here so all the little juvenile delinquents will be hiding out in the park across the street skipping school and doing dope. Jeff and Ruby have to start looking for someplace nice for them to go together it’s been awhile since they went away alone. Jeff has a schedule set up for the weekdays so he’ll have time to exercise and write his book, which he hope to have done by the end of March. I don’t know why he’s doing it he has only sold one copy of his book so far, but it is still early in the process. Well I’m going to have breakfast with Jeff and then take a nap so CIAO.

Guess what Jeff’s not going to the farm he talked to Ruby and said he doesn’t really have a good time at these places and there’s nothing for him to really do and she said OK. Now Jeff wants just the two of them to go to a really nice hotel with great restaurants and just relax’ we’ll see if that happens. So I guess I’m going to get to watch playoff football after all, hope the games are good after all that. The temperature down here is really hot there have been lots of fires in the mountains and the further south you go the worst it gets. That mean we can expect higher food prices later this year just like the rest of the world. This apartment gets really hot late in the afternoon there’s no insulation in buildings down here so the western side of the buildings walls get really hot then give of the heat after sundown making Jeff’s office and the bedroom really hot till about 9pm. Well I don’t have much else I wasn’t expecting to be blogging today I’m going to the closet and cool off a little CIAO.

Thursday and I really don’t have much to talk about Mauricio, Camilo and Maritza are coming to use the pool which means I hide I the closet. Jeff is about 25% done with his second book the first one isn’t selling like he would want but as he says it’s only been 1 month. Hader looked at Jeff’s shoulder and says its tendon based possibly rotator cuff we’ll have to wait and see. It looks like they’ll be headed to the farm tomorrow instead of Saturday so that gives more alone time and Jeff more time to be grumpy. I hope the weather stays good for them it’s not pleasant to be at farm in the rain with a bunch of people. Well the gangs all here and Jeff is going to head to the pool so maybe I’ll get to talk tomorrow if not I’ll be back Monday CIAO.

The tree is down the house is back to normal until next year and all is well. Ruby and Jeff are definitely headed to the farm this weekend and I’m going to miss the NFL playoffs but at least I’ll get some much needed rest. There were some strange noises in the house last night I think the upstairs neighbor couldn’t sleep and was walking around slamming doors and such. People in this country can be very weird at times I try to just let it go I mean I can sleep during the day Jeff and Ruby can’t especially Ruby. Once Ruby gets up she can’t go back to sleep at least that what she keeps telling us but if that’s true, who is that snoring in front of the TV in the afternoon? The farm or Finca their going to belong to Ruby’s friend Ruby they’ve been there for visits before so they know what to expect Jeff just hopes there’s enough room for all the people since they expect Ruby’s family to be there too. I don’t care I just want some peace and quiet this weekend so I can get some real rest. Well tomorrow is another day and I’ll be talking to you then CIAO.

TIME TO TAKE DOWN THE TREE

Well it’s that time of the year time to take down the tree and get ready for Jeff’s birthday. What who said get ready that old fart is having another birthday nobody gave me a party I had to make my own. Ok let’s forget about him it is a sad day when the tree comes down but at least the house will get back to normal and we get to eat at the dining room table again. Looks like Jeff and Ruby and the family are headed for a farm this weekend I hope he leaves the TV on so I can watch the NFL playoffs. If he doesn’t I’ll just go around and scratch a few thing to piss him off. I have to say it will be could to have some alone time although I haven’t been feeling myself lately, I think it’s from Jeff an Ruby being out to all hours of the day and then having the family over it’s been pretty hectic and I’m not as young as I used to be. Anyhow I’ll get a chance to catch up on my rest and Jeff and Ruby will lose some sleep time. Well I have to go help Jeff take the tree down now see you later CIAO.

Sorry I missed yesterday but it was decided at the last minute that pot day was yesterday and today the aunt’s are coming, so you can see I’m a little confused. Jeff took some photos and some are here the rest on Facebook. There are no stories to tell everybody had a great time, even grumpy old Jeff, so we’ll have to wait to later today when the rest of the family comes over. The young ones will probably head for the pool to clear their heads and I’ll head for the closet all the attention tends to make me nervous. Today’s another first it’s the first Monday of the year and the last of the new days for the year, I don’t know if I said I’m glad everybody made thru the New Year experience in one piece but we are. I really don’t have anything else to say right now so I’m going to take a nap while Jeff has breakfast CIAO.

It’s Saturday and it’s going to be a shopping day so I can lay low for most of the day. Ruby and Jeff went to visit the aunts yesterday and invited them to the house on Sunday, which means of course the closet for me which is OK with me the aunt’s are really cool and they even make me laugh and I don’t understand a word there saying. Plans are in the works for Monday it’s pot day which means they’re going to cook Sancocho outside, plans now call for them going to some park to do this which is fine with me I’ll have the house to myself. I do hope Jeff get home early so he can but the national college championship game on the TV. I almost forgot the NFL playoffs start tonight that will just make Ruby overjoyed LOL. Well they’re getting ready to leave I hope they remember to bring back food and cat litter for me or it’s not going to fun around here this weekend CIAO.

First Friday of the year and the sun is shining and it’s about 80 right now I hear it’s really cold where some of Jeff’s friends live ain’t that a shame. Well I know some people in Afghanistan and Iraq and some other places that would be more than glad to trade places with those people. You know it seems that the US has had a habit of late of getting involved in countries where there’s never going to be a winner. I mean look at Iraq it’s till screwed up and will probably go back to the way it was in the next few years the government should really have paid attention in history class. The pirates the constant fighting has been going on as long as there’s been recorded history so do they think they can really change it. The only way to change it is to find another source of fuel other than oil, something that they can get cheap and in the US. Then the Arab nations wouldn’t be able to have us fight their battles for them because they wouldn’t have anything of value to give us in return. But as I’ve said before what do I know I’m just a cat CIAO.

Jan.3 and we already have over a hundred emails in our spam folder it seems like we get more spam mail then we ever did when we were just getting junk snail mail. I mean there can’t be that many women out there that are desperate for sex and how big is big enough for a penis and if all these people were truly millionaires do you think they would be going around telling everybody how they did it. Not only that but how many cars can you buy or a how much Viagra can you use there are dating services for under twenty over sixty fat, bald, kinky, and you can be guaranteed the perfect Russian wife. We have to check the spam folder because every once in awhile a legitimate message get routed there, I think they do that so you’ll actually look at the folder once in awhile they also think were still in the US. But the big problem I have with the spam folder is none of the stuff is for me whites a matter I don’t deserve a better sex life or the chance at the investment of a life time? I’m deeply hurt by this obvious snub so I’m going in the closet and sulk awhile CIAO.
