Hi since this is going to be the last post before the end of the year and it’s Dec.26th, it’s time to talk about stuff. Stuff is the mess on your living room floor right now. Stuff is all the gifts you got from everyone. Stuff is all those things in the closet, or garage, or attic. It’s the things you got your kids last year that they don’t use anymore, it’s the clothes your wife and daughter say are so much last years, it’s that treadmill you got that now sits unused in the garage. Are you starting to get the idea? What are you going to do stuff stays where you hid until you try to throw it out, or give it away, or sell it. Then you hear you do that it’s still good and all of a sudden the kids are playing with it and the new gifts become stuff. There is no easy solution to this, accumulating is a worldwide human condition. Sometimes I think if you want to stop war have a giant swap meet, but someone would get greedy and want all the stuff. Hey, I tried selling some of my stuff and nobody wanted it. I’m not going to leave to relatives so they can sell it. If I thought they really wanted it I would give it to them. I still have a whole lot of completed artwork and Model trains in O gauge, HO gauge, and N gauge. My family doesn’t want it, they’ve even called it garbage. My wife is worse than me she could be called a hoarder. You should see all the plastic bags she has and she still buys more to use as garbage bags. Ask her about it and she’ll tear you a new one. So what do we do, move stuff around to make room for the new stuff. When we all leave this planet to move to Mars we will leave behind a Planet full of stuff. For those of you that actually read this, you might have noticed there was no post this past Sunday. The reason for that was my wife and I were standing in line a little over 6 hours for our third Covid shot, this was the most mismanaged affair I had ever participated in and that includes Black Friday. There were no seats and there were older people and kids all waiting in the same line. You had this relative of Hitler in control and she must have worked for Pfizer because they kept getting pushed to the head of the line. There are a million better ways to do this and we discussed them vigorously in line. I couldn’t have protested if I wanted too I was in so much pain I just wanted it over. This little lady should have a police escort next time. They are doing it again tomorrow till next Sunday. If she keeps doing what she’s doing I suspect some violence to erupt. This shot hurt and still does, none of the others have done that. To make matters worst I hear that the drug companies led by Pfizer are saying a 4th booster might be necessary. I think I might just take my chances on the next one or bring along some cash for bribes. This was the worse situation I have been in down here and I really don’t think my 75-year-old body can take much more. To make manners worse my girlfriend Antonia was home alone all day good thing she has a strong bladder. This is an old sore FATS and a relieved ANTONIA saying CIAO from Medellin, Colombia.

This week has been one for the books. No snow in Denver snow in Hawaii and it looks like the Supreme court is going to get rid of Roe vs Wade. Now the latter one brings up a lot of problems. Along these lines I’m starting to remember something Richard Nixon used to say, there’s a Silent Majority out there. Well, I think he may be right. I think that like many other countries that have lost Democracy Americans remaining quiet while our Government tears our rights from us is a disease that will destroy us from within. At the moment the visible attack is against women and lesbians, gays and transsexuals, and their rights. This will have the support of a lot of people but, once they have done this they will begin to tell you how to dress, and how to behave and what you study, etc. By taking a women’s right and attacking lifestyles that most don’t truly understand it becomes easier to hide their true plan and that is the end of Democracy as we know it. We must first stop being quiet and second stop the politicizing of our supreme court and the rest of the judicial system. Once we accomplish that the rest will be easier. The title of today’s post is WTF DO THEY DO? This is about politicians and what they are supposed to do and what they actually do. You may have heard that Marjorie Taylor Greene is demanding that the next speaker of the house does as she wishes. Then there is Rep. Boebart and her anti-Muslim words. I saw a video of Rep. Boebart making those remarks and it looked like she was auditioning her stand-up act. Now both of these women have a lot to say as do many of their male counterparts, but as far as I can see these two have done absolutely nothing for the people in their respectful districts, so maybe I’m right about Boebart’s stand up act. Marjorie seems to have put all her hopes in dreams into getting Trump elected. I guess she doesn’t realize that the first wrong position or word she says will make her his enemy for life. These two aren’t the only ones that are putting their careers ahead of the people that elected them, AOC and a few others are just as bad. Boebart and Greene are facing other Republican women in upcoming primaries it will be interesting to see if the voters want representation or stand up. Well, it’s another rainy Sunday down here in Colombia. The countries might not be so similar in weather but they are very similar politically. What I’m trying to say is there both corrupt. There is one difference in that Colombians don’t try as hard to hide the corruption, it’s pretty much we know it and deal with it. Americans don’t really want to know to what extent their government is corrupt. A person like Trump wouldn’t last long down here before someone shot him for being stupid as well as corrupt. That’s one thing that’s really different about Latin America they’ll tolerate a certain amount of corruption but they won’t tolerate stupidity. Trump may think he’s a genius but the world knows him to be dumb. I am losing faith that the United States will survive this present attack on Democracy. I can see Putin laughing just like we did when Communism crashed. We’re no different than many countries who survived attacks only to fall prey to the enemy within. I’m depressing myself so we’ll just say this is FATS and ANTONY saying CIAO from Medellin Colombia.

OK, in the last few weeks I have alluded to health problems so now here’s the story. A few weeks ago I had a physical, which included blood tests and EKG etc.. I forgot to include a PSA test and had to go back for that. The initial results were a high number on the PSA (7.84) which wasn’t great. They felt I had a blockage in my heart from the EKG. The first thing they said was to go get this test from the cardiologist, then go have a sonogram done on your prostate. Well, the sonogram came up first and they felt they saw something on my prostate. Now at my age having a doctor say something like that doesn’t make you want to jump for joy. They told me I needed to have a biopsy, again not making me happy. Well, I went and had it done and came back no tumors or malignancy present, so I jumped a little. Then came the heart test, which consisted of me wearing a monitor for 24 hours it came back cool. So it would appear that I will be around for a while longer. I have had an Aortic Aneurysm for the last 30 years or so. When it was first discovered I was also found to have Retro Parental fibrosis. This meant that if they had to operate there were only two doctors in the US that would do it so here I am walking around with an Aneurysm. I am not going to worry about any of this because I’m 75 and have lived longer than I ever thought I would. I worry about senility or becoming a burden to others. Well, I think I’ve outdone myself on boring you today so I’ll just say this is FATS and ANTONIA saying CIAO from Medellin, Colombia.

I’m still waiting for the results of some tests I took, they should be here this week and then I’ll let everybody know what’s happening. Now, to this week’s post. Do you remember when you first learned about the Constitution? Well, I do and I remember it saying it was a government for the people and by the people, sounds like a great concept right. Well, our politicians seem to have forgotten that and now operate under the premise that it’s for them not for you. I think that’s why the Trumpster and all his little pea brain followers got elected. The American people are now starting to understand that the people in Washington don’t give a shit about them and what they need or want. I believe that they will now vote for people that they believe are not mainstream and will actually change things. They will change things they just won’t be changing them for the betterment of the general public, but rather into what they deem as their vision of the way things should be. In other words, it will be worse than before. They believe that being free to think what we want is not best for us or for them. Most of us have never been afraid to say what we think except maybe at our work. But, tell me how will you feel when it’s no longer safe to object to the government or even to your neighbor. I know people who have lived in countries like that but of course, no one will believe it can happen here. That thinking process is naive and will get you nowhere. Hi, for those that are interested as to what is going on with me here it is. First doctors think I may have a small blockage in my heart. That was news to me since I have no symptoms. I’m scheduled to have some sort of monitor placed on my arm for 24 hrs this Friday. Next, I had a high number from my PSA test. First, they did a sonogram of my Prostate and they saw it was enlarged and had a small growth on it. So the ordered up a Biopsy, not the best experience in my life but necessary. I won’t have the results till Wednesday so we’ll all have to wait. Now too today’s post. I was wondering when our Government forgot what they were elected for. You know it’s supposed to be a government for the people and by the people but somehow it doesn’t look that way. Elected government officials ( Congress, Senators ) are supposed to represent the opinions and desires of those that elected them not the ones that contributed the most money to them. Somewhere along the line they have forgotten this and have become a group of self-serving syncopates. The American people need to remind our officials now, if we don’t we will lose Democracy. This is why I have always thought that the primary system we have where in order to vote on must claim to be either Democrat or Republican is faulted. I think a group of independent free thinkers is what we need. Sorry for the lack of a post last week but I had personal shit to deal with. I spent Sunday with the family at a farm. I will let everyone know what’s going on later in the week or next Sunday in other words when I figure it I’ll let you know. What’s new in the world, well I just read that 66% of republicans in the South favor secession. Well, how did that work out for you last time? They probably think that Cuba, Mexico, and Russia will give them support. I don’t understand I lived for 75 years and I haven’t seen a better country yet. You go find me a country that will pay me a pension and allow me to live in another country. The Republicans don’t like the fact that women want to be equal and that Blacks feel the same and don’t get me started on how they feel about the Native Americans. They seem to want an Apartheid-style government, and how did that work out for South Africa. I can’t say this enough when I say we all need each other. If these people don’t want integration or equality, sign up for Mars and get the fuck off my planet. The fact that now we have people that don’t believe in the science that got us to where we are now and want the country to regress morally, scientifically, and socially backwards completely is absolutely mind boggling. Hey, it was just another week except, the Jets and the Giants won and they are now in a battle for the number one draft choice this year. The Trumpster is getting ready to run for President and if he loses he’s ready to start a civil war. If he should start an insurrection he won’t care who wins so long as he can steal and lie and doesn’t have to go to jail. What a piece of work that asshole is. Let’s see Alabama, Penn State lost, that’s the number 1 and 3 college teams in the country. At least in football, you don’t see some college president crying that the other team fixed the game. I’m not going to stand here and tell you the games are never fixed but at least when they find one that is the people responsible go to jail not their mansion in Florida. You know people should realize by now that rich people get away with all kinds of shit that would have one of us doing 20 to life. That’s how we get shitheads elected.
