Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Washing DC, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Wyoming. Now what is this list of states about? They’re the ones that neither Presidential campaign bothered to visit during the last election. Twelve states made up 94% of the campaign visits. Florida, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, and Michigan had a total of 273 visits. I think if you’re in the list of no visits you might as well as secede since it looks like that you really don’t count. The Trumpster even said he would bother wasting his money going to Wyoming. Only Four Presidents have visited all 50 states they are George H W Bush, the only one to do it in his first term, Bill Clinton, Nixon, and Obama. I barely remember reading about Presidential Candidates would get on a train and travel for months around the country stopping in even the smallest places if there were people waiting to see them. I remember reading about debates that weren’t scripted where they really had to think on there feet. I firmly believe that for us to have a President that truly represents all of us the Electoral College system must change or gotten rid of all together. I think that the fact a president who is elected to represent everyone won’t even bother to visit all the states is a disgrace. Let us know how you think in the comment section of this blog.
