CAN HE READ?

This was just interesting to comment on. People are beginning to ask if Trump can read because since he was in the office last time they have never heard him say I read this or that. When he was in office he never read intelligence reports he always handed them off for someone else to read for him. I think what people are trying to say is he’s a functional illiterate. I personally believe that’s giving him too much credit he’s just stupid.
