The girls that live next door seem to be of questionable morals according to Ruby they party every night just about. I don’t know if I share that opium or not they seem to be just young and not very bright and not really good looking. Its Thursday and it looks like our spell of a couple of day without rain is over. That sucks it means Jeff and ruby and maybe Hari will be trying to entertain themselves by getting me to play with some dumb toy, not going to happen. I’ve already made my spot in the closet in Jeff’s “office” and I plan on staying there until they find something else to entertain themselves with, Being a cat can be so distressing at times. Wait a minute I just heard that Ruby’s x husband’s sister, who was done here to take care of him when he had surgery, is having surgery herself now. Medical care is cheaper and just as good as you get in the US. I already told you Vets make house call so do doctors and if you want to see a specialist just call and make an appointment. I’m told the hard test to get down here is a colonoscopy (Whew thank god for spell check) not sure why that is but I know I’m not in any hurry to have someone shove a hose up my ass. I’ll let you know what happens with Margareta’s surgery when I wake up, as you can guess from that statement it’s nap time after all I’ve been up for at least one hour already and my little paws are tired from all the typing.

Yesterday was Halloween and Jeff, Ruby, Vanessa, John and of course the star of the show Hari went walking about town. Jeff came back and told me that he didn’t know there were that many kids in Colombia never mind Bello. He said it was difficult to walk around the square and all the little kids wanted to high five him because he was head and shoulders above everyone else. They went to haunted house waited about an hour to get in for what was supposed to be a fifteen minute scare. It turned into maybe 10 minutes of laughter; it’s hard to scare people today without special effects even down here. After the show they went to get Hari (he wasn’t allowed into show, he was sleeping anyhow) at Vanessa’s grandmother’s house. Jeff says she was a delightful person. Then came the long walk home threw some rather dark streets and along a route that left Jeff feeling completely lost. They finally made it home Ruby fed Jeff then they had ice cream and finally they remembered to feed ME.
